Heat lamps (and in some cases UV lamps) are beneficial to reptiles, baby birds and mammals, kittens, puppies and occasionally when animals are sick. This dome light fixture is ideal for for your heat lamps and UV lamps.
Benefits:
- Creates a cover over the top of the bulb, which shades the bulb, prevent some of the light and heating escaping into the rest of the room
- Inside of the dome is reflects light, which increases UVB output into the cage
- The mesh grid underneath the dome (removable) ensures that the heat bulb inaccessible to our pet, which offers protection from burns
- Dome can be positioned at various angles in the terrarium
